Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel any order within 14 calendar days starting from the day after your order is delivered.

Unwanted goods can be returned to us in accordance with the above but they must be in the same condition as they were delivered to you. We will refund the price of the goods ordered including the delivery costs to you but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that at our discretion we can withhold refunds until the goods are received by us and we can make reasonable deductions if there is evidence that the goods may have had use beyond reasonable handling by you.

You can contact us by phone or e-mail to cancel an order by using the details given on this website. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us.

Damaged Items

All orders should be received undamaged and in good condition however if this is not the case please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will will arrange collection from you. We will then offer to replace the goods or refund the cost.

Faulty Goods

All goods supplied by us are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, however in the case of faulty goods please notify us as soon as possible and reasonably practical. We will then arrange to collect the goods and on examination if found to be faulty a replacement or refund including delivery costs will be issued.
